  Free delivery for orders over EGP 900 Delivery time: 5 to 7 working days Delivery takes place on business days only (Sunday to Thursday). No deliveries on official holidays. Home delivery: EGP 70 within Cairo and Alexandria. Currently, we do not deliver to other governorates. Returns & Exchanges Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed, we can’t offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.  

  Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will contact you to confirm its receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
